There are a few options for that. I use Skinner myself. Very simple to use and customize. It also lets you do a top bar! Wooty! But Sunnart will do it too..

I used this for about an hour. I tried firing up Photoshop and editing the existing textures to something more akin to my liking and it worked out ok. But yeah, you really should add more textures....
