Is there anyway or addon to move the "pvp markers" at the top of the UI? By pvp markers i mean like in WSG where is says Horde: 1/3 and Ally: 1/3, etc. its esstential to my UI to move it.

Thats the Capture Bar and several minimap mods like Chinchilla and SimpleMiniMap can move it. I believe FluidFrames and possibly MoveAnything can as well, but don't quote me on the last two.

I know that Bongos can do it, and I am fairly certain that many others can as well. If you are concerned with Bongos and the action bars, you only need the BG component and Bongos Options to use it.

Also you can resize the PvP markers to a more desired size for your UI.

That's not the capture bar. The capture bar is the one that's part of the minimap cluster and is located below the minimap (shows who controls your tower, etc). The OP is talking about the score frame, which isn't part of the minimap, so isn't generally handled by minimap mods. But many pvp mods will handle moving it for you. Capping and SSPVP2 are a couple.
