Released the next version of XPGain, I did as I was meaning to do and integrated the Colorpicker features of UE into EMLib, so now they are easily accessible from any of my mods, and as such XPGain doesn't need UE to be installed anymore in order to set color percentages with a color picker.

Also implemented a slash command for setting the chat tab number that the exp on experience gain, or /xpg exp messages are sent too (/xpg channel #).
